Price included:
- Stay at private single- or double privet room in a Coliving Rural Apartment.
- Morning delicious coffee from the coffee machine+ homemade breakfast with vegetables from the organic garden

- Access to “Art & design Gallery “- co-working space, shared with other Residents
- All bills, STARLINK wifi, free access to laundry facilities
- Visit to the authentic Andalusian small town Velez Rubio, sightseeing, local mercado and tapas bars.
Price not include:
- Travel expenses to and from Vélez Rubio (flights, local transportation).
- Meals (except for breakfasts as listed above).
- Art materials and personal supplies.
- Health, travel, or liability insurance.
- Visa or legal documentation, if applicable.
The Coliving & Coworking Residence welcomes remote workers, digital nomads and all creatives seeking a peaceful and inspiring workspace, a place to connect with nature, and a creative and eco-friendly community.
This coliving & coworking space is part of a rural sustainable development project launched in 2019 in the village of Bolaimi, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra María-Los Vélez Mountains. This place offers the opportunity to live and work peacefully—surrounded by clean air, silence, clear skies, and expansive mountain views.
A stay at REC.ON gives you the opportunity to live and work in close contact with nature, mountain landscapes and true ecology, as well as sustainable art, while also becoming part of an international, open, and creative community.

the special value of the co-living space at REC.ON residence is the presence of an artistic and literary residence on site, which enriches shared life by creating a space for establishing relationships, exchanging ideas and experiences

By car: 2 h from the nearest airport in Alicante.
By public transport: ALSA bus to the Vélez-Rubio bus stop.
Residence pickup of the resident from the Vélez-Rubio bus stop and transfer to the residence.
Local transport: Taxi service available, Residence arrange regular shopping trips from the residence to the city.
