“Casa Nova” is a unique early 20th-century home, preserved in its original rustic style. The roof, covered with original tiles, has been secured and restored. The solid, thick walls made of clay, straw, and brick are in good condition—requiring only renovation. The original structural beams, combined with the traditional mix of straw and clay, enhance the building’s authenticity and unique character.

First Level – 95 m² (Planta Baja)

Most of the ground floor has already been renovated (with two rooms remaining to be completed), maintaining the Andalusian architectural heritage. The upper floor retains its original wooden ceilings and rustic walls, which are in good condition. This space is designated for renovation and offers the possibility of a custom arrangement.
